Founded by Mr. Burhanettin Dar in 1986 in Turkey, the company Ustalar in the pastry sector is one of the pioneers of a variety of instant products with special recipe. After Mr. Burhanettin passed away in the year of 1995, Ender Dar, his son, continued to run the business. Ustalar Pastry series of Professional products has brought quality according to international standards and the most advanced production techniques in Turkish pastry industry.
