Description
Ovaleks Cacao Charlotte Powder 1 KG
Ingredients: 200 g of Charlotte powder, 250 g of water (20-25 °C), 1000 g of pre-whipped Ovaleks whipping cream. Total weight 1450 g.
Preparation: Charlotte powder is mixed with water and pre-whipped whipping cream is added on it and mixed with whisker. Then it is filled into pastry moulds and rested in the freezer for 2 hours. Decorate with Ovaleks Glaze varieties and served.
Storage conditions: keep closed in a cool and dry place.
