Instructions for Use and Places of Use: It is used for coating and filling purposes in pastry, pie, cream and dessert ornamentation. It is recommended to use in ice cream making (up to 10%). Ovaleks whipping cream powder is extremely delicious and durable, which does not crash, sour and crack.
Preparation: 1 kg Ovaleks whipping cream powder in summer, mix it with 1.75 lt cold water or milk (5-10′ C), in winter 2.25 lt cold water or milk (5-10′ C) in the mixer between 4-6 minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Do not over-whip. The resulting product is recommended to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes (+4C).
