Instructions for Use and Places of Use: Used in the making of Tres leches Cake. The cake is porous and has a spongy structure. It doesn’t collapsing and disintegration. The swell is quite large and is heavily voluminous.
Ingredients: Ovaleks tres leches mix 1000 g, eggs 500 g, water 200 g. Total weight: 1700 g.
Preparation: All products are whisked in mixer for 1 minute slow, 5 minutes medium speed. Filled in greased square tray. Bake in preheated 160 °C oven for 30-35 minutes.
Preparation of tres leches sauce: milk 2000 g, sugar-free liquid whipping cream 1000 g. Milk and liquid whipping cream is boiled and poured on top of the chilled Tres leches cake. Served by covering the surface with Ovaleks cold glaze varieties.
