Ovaleks Caramel Flavoured Cold Glaze
Instructions for Use and Places of Use :It is used in pastry industry for decoration and coating of pastry, tart, cakes.
Preparation: Slowly mix with Spoon and make homogeneous. Optional 10% water is added on the products with a brush or spatula is applied. The application temperature of the product is between 20-23 °C.
Storage conditions : keep closed in a cool and dry place.
