Ovaleks Macaron Mix 1 KG
Malzemeler : Ovaleks macaron mix powder 1000 g, water 200 g (45-50 °c). Total weight: 1200g.
Preparation: Whisk water and macaron powder in mixer 1 minute slowly 4 minute fast speed, during whisking colored with jelly food colouring and poured in mould. Rest at room temperature for 35-40 minutes before entering the oven. Bake in preheated oven at 120-130 °C for 18-20 minutes.
Storage conditions: keep closed in a cool and dry place.
