Description
Ovaleks Crem Brulee Mix Powder 1 KG
Malzemeler : Creme Brule powder 150g, milk 300g, sugar-free liquid whipping cream 500g, total weight 950g.
Ingredients: First the milk is boiled, after simmering the milk 2-3 minutes is lowered from the stove, when it becomes warmish, the Ovaleks Cream Brule powder mixture is added and mixed, after the product has cooled, pre-whipped liquid whipping cream is added and mixed. It is poured into a tart mould or tray. Refrigerate for 2 hours. It is caramelized by powdered sugar onto it and burning it with a blowtorch.
Storage conditions: keep closed in a cool and dry place.
