Ingredients: Sugar , Glucose Syrup , Water , Partial Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat ( Palm , Cotton ) , Skimmed Milk Powder , Starch , Emulsifiers ( Mono and di glycerides of fatty acids , Sunflower Lecithin ) , Flavorings ( Milk , Vanilla ) , Colors ( Ammonium Sulfite Caramel , Beta Carotene , Allura Red AC ) , Preservative ( Potassium Sorbate ) , Acidity Regulator ( Malic Acid ) .
” May contain trace amounts of pistachio , walnut , hazelnut .”

Instructions for Use and Places of Use: It is used for decorating , coating or filling of cakes , biscuits , ice creams and various desserts . Different tastes can be obtained by mixing the product , between 10 % and 20 % , together with pastry sauces , creams and glazes , etc.

Storage conditions: Keep it at cool and odorless place . Keep the package closed after every use .
